How It Works

At Redmond Global Exports, we follow a clear and transparent process to connect verified buyers and suppliers. Our role is to facilitate the right introduction and support coordination—while buyers and suppliers retain full control of pricing, contracts, logistics, and payments.

Our Process

Submit Your Requirement

Share your requirement with us through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Buyers should share product details, quantity, destination market, target timeline, and company information. Suppliers should share their product range, production or supply capacity, certifications, and export markets.

Initial Review & KYC

We review the requirement and conduct a basic verification of the company details, business background, product suitability, and applicable compliance information. This helps us understand whether the requirement is genuine and commercially viable.

Identify the Right Counterparty

Based on your requirement, we identify a suitable buyer, supplier, distributor, or business partner from our network and market research. We focus on matching product requirements, commercial expectations, and target markets.

Confidential Introduction

Once both parties are aligned and the scope is clear, we facilitate a confidential introduction. Where required, we support the use of NDAs, introducer agreements, or commission agreements before sharing sensitive contact details.

Direct Business Discussion

The buyer and supplier discuss pricing, specifications, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual terms directly. Redmond Global Exports does not replace the commercial judgment of either party.

Ongoing Coordination Support

After the introduction, we remain available to support communication and coordinate with freight forwarders, inspection agencies, customs professionals, or trade-finance partners where required.

We Connect. You Decide.

Redmond Global Exports acts as a trade-facilitation company. We do not take title to goods, handle client funds, or guarantee transaction outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing. Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for their own contracts, payments, licences, permits, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
